We have a transparent refund policy to address any issues. We understand at times things may not always go as planned. Please review the refund policy prior to requesting a refund. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

1. Cancellation Notice
- Participants must provide cancellation notice at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time
- Cancellations received less than 2 hours before the meeting will not be eligible for a refund
2. Refund Eligibility
- Full refunds will be issued ONLY for cancellations submitted:
* At least 2 hours before the meeting start time
* Through approved communication channels (email, online portal, direct message)
* With a valid reason for cancellation
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Cancellations received less than 2 hours of meeting time
- No-show appointments
- Partial attendance
- Technical issues on participant's end
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Partial refunds are not available
5. Exceptions
- Extreme circumstances (medical emergencies, natural disasters) may be considered on a case-by-case basis

We accept various forms of cryptocurrency as donations. Due to the fluctuating nature of digital currency valuations we do not accept cryptocurrency as a form of payment for products or services. All donations made with cryptocurrency are non-refundable. We recommend considering your risk tolerance before making a donation in cryptocurrency.

You can cancel a subscription at any time. We do not offer a prorated refund for the remainder of subscriptions. If a subscription was established on an external platform like Ko-fi, Buy Me A Coffee, please contact their support team regarding their cancellation and refund policies.

By making a purchase through our Spreadshop's powered store you acknowledge and agree to abide by Spreadshop's policies. Issues related to an incorrect delivery, damage, product quality, improper customization, fulfillment, shipping, tracking or refunds should be directed to Spreadshop's contact form or customer support team.
All items purchased via the Spreadshop platform are subject to Spread Group's internal policies including their return and refund procedures. For any refund requests related to physical products or merchandise, customers must follow Spreadshop's established refund process. Astute Reply is not directly responsible for processing these refunds. Spreadshop's refund policy may differ from Astute Reply's policy regarding products or services we offer directly. Astute Reply cannot be held liable for issues arising from Spreadshop's fulfillment process including but not limited to shipping delays, product defects or discrepancies in order fulfillment.

Exceptions can be made by the platform processing the order if the refund request aligns with their refund policy.

Provide the platform or payment processor with the details of your purchase, the reason for the refund and any relevant documentation, photos or videos, if required. Their team will review your request.
